Our Toronto friend Bill Barrs and his dog Stewie are happy to officially welcome their new addition Snuffles to their home.
BCSF Director Bill was fostering Snuffles and it didn't take long for both he and Stewie to realize this was meant to also be Snuffles "forever home".
